Terri Phoenix, Director of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill LGBTQ Center, presented at the North Carolina Coalition Against Sexual Assault’s iLEAD Conference in May 2011. In this video, Phoenix summarizes her presentation on “how organizations can utilize the principles of universal design, community assessment, and agency assessment to examine extent to which [organizations] are welcoming, inclusive of people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions”.
